Hindrance 12: Impatience
2 Peter 3:15 "Bear in mind that our Lord's patience means
salvation." NIV
We as humans tend to be so impatient! "Me impatient! Never!
I am patient! Where are my papers? I need them NOW!"
Technology seems to have brought us into a more hectic
stressed-out world where we have no time to do anything.
However, Peter clearly tells us that the Lord's patience
leads to salvation. In other words if we are impatient, we
are trying to control His hand and this may not lead to
victory!
Rom 12:12 "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction,
faithful in prayer." NIV You have afflictions? Be patient.
Wait for the Lord and in the meantime be joyful as you have
hope.
