base: I live in South Africa, Johannesburg.
Career: I’m a
Property manager.
Hobbies: I like
spending time playing with my girls. Reading the bible, meditating on
the word of God and writing about anything that is happening in life,
especially around me. I’m currently writing a novel.
Christian Since:
I’ve been a Christian the whole of my life. I was raised in a
very religious family. But, I accepted the Lord as my
Father, friend and instructor in 2003. A friend invited me to a
local church and since then my life changed, I learned
so many things about our Lord Jesus Christ, Tithing, how we must wear
the name of Christ with pride and most importantly that Christianity is
not just a religion. My life changed for the
better from that day, I now know how to rely on the Almighty Father in
everything that I do. I spend time with Him almost every second of my
life. Even in difficult times, I just keep my eyes fixed to the Lord.
Why I love the Lord:
I can write a book about why I love the Lord, but I’ll just mention few
reasons. I love the Lord for who He is. For being my Father, my big
brother, my best friend and most of all for being my creator.
You know, I sometimes tell
myself that our Lord loves us in a lunatic way. I mean who can die for a
sinner to be delivered? The pain, shame and ridicule He endured on the
cross, just for my sins to be forgiven and forgotten. I mean what kind
of crazy love is that?
He’s always with me guiding
me in everything I do. I enjoy spending time in His presence, talking to
Him, depending on Him. I believe that I’m never alone. He protects me
even though I don’t ask Him as some things I don’t know that are
happening in my life.
I just love the Lord for
always being there for me in everything I do, giving me whatever I need
or sometimes just want as long as I ask Him in His name and believe that
He provides. He just gives and gives, His hand is always open to shower
us with blessings. I adore him for who He is and the love He has shown
me even when I was a sinner. The Lord fights my battles and I do not
have to do anything, Exodus 14: 14.
